Architectural scale models made to order
An architectural model is the main tool of a sales office: the buyer sees the whole complex — courtyards, roads, lit windows and people in the streets — and easily pictures their future apartment. We build models of residential complexes, districts, business centres, hotels and cottage communities at scales from 1:50 to 1:500.
Five technologies matched to the project: a custom seamless podium, scenario lighting, an interactive presentation and apartment-selection system, a real-estate sales CRM integrated with the model, and mechanised elements — a sliding underground car park, furnished apartments, moving lifts and cars, fountains.
Three levels of detail — minimalist, classic and maximum — and six ready-made packages from sketch to flagship. Production takes 18 to 50 days depending on detail; before the start we show a demo fragment of 5–6 floors.
A master plan and façades or renders are enough for an estimate. Delivery, packaging and installation in the sales office are included in the price; electronics and lighting carry a 12-month warranty.
