How we work
Work on a model goes through eight stages with five acceptance points: you hand over the master plan, façades and renders, we fix the scope and schedule in the technical specification, show a demo fragment of 5–6 floors, then build the model, assemble the electronics and lighting, deliver and install it in the sales office.
Lead time depends on the level of detail: a minimalist model ≈ 18 days, classic ≈ 30, maximum ≈ 50. Payment is 80 % in advance and 20 % after acceptance; delivery, packaging and installation are included; electronics and lighting carry a 12-month warranty.
