Architectural scale models for sales offices and presentations
PARALLAX3D is an architectural model studio based in Samarkand. We build scale models of residential complexes, business centres, hotels, cottage communities and individual buildings for developers, sales teams, architects and exhibitions across Uzbekistan.
The model works together with an interactive presentation: the buyer picks a building, floor and apartment on the screen, and the model lights up its location. Scenario lighting shows the project by day and by night, with sales statuses right on the façades.
Full cycle in one workshop: 3D modelling, 3D printing, laser cutting, painting, landscaping, electronics and mechanics — a sliding underground car park, furnished apartments, moving lifts and cars. Protective glass, seamless podium, delivery and installation on site.
